Who is Jessica Corvidae also known as The Vampyre Witch?

Jessica O’Mallie-Corvidae is a Witch, Vampyre Priestess, Coven Headmistress, and Vampyre Community Leader of many titles.

Jessica’s Early Years

From an early age, Lady Corvidae displayed a deep affinity for the vampyre current. Its rich embrace fueled her indomitable spirit that has blazed a trail to her becoming a beacon of authenticity both within her international Vampyre Coven and as a dedicated public servant to the greater vampyre community. Jessica awakened as a Vampyre as a teenager in the early 2000s. Her awakening led her towards exploring energy work and studying witchcraft. It didn’t take long for her to come across the VC websites of those days. Websites like Sanguinarius.org, DrinkDeeplyandDream, Sphynxcat’s site, etc…. Soaking in all the information possible, she took in all the vampyric wisdom she could and carried it with her as she continued forward through her journey.

The Vampyre Community Makes Itself Known

Ever since Lady Corvidae entered the Greater Vampyre & Pagan communities in 2015, she has been a vocal advocate for greater understanding and compassion for the vampyre subculture. Due to her outspoken advocacy, she has become widely regarded as an influential figure in today’s VC. She is known for her consistent research & practice as she publicly shares her journey of articulating an emerging tradition of Vampyre Witchcraft, helping those who struggle with the interconnection of vampyrism & witchcraft find peace in both realms together.

The Vampyre Witch Comes Forth

The Vampyre Witch’s unparalleled drive and desire to foster a genuine VC experience both online and off that exemplifies positive attitudes, critical thinking, and spiritual growth propelled her to becoming the holder of many titles. She is the progenitor of Baltimore Maryland’s Mobtown Halo [est. 2017], the Founder of House Omnia Corvus [est. 2018], Elder of House O’Mallie [2018], VVC Member [2018], Headmistress of The Vampyre Coven [2021], and Initiate of the Order of the Black Marble [2022].

Jessica’s Practice as a Spiritual Vampyre

Once upon a year since passed, many moons ago… The Vampyre Community for some reason attempted to separate the vampyric “condition” from any sort of esoteric practices. This wasn’t a universally accepted rift, but one big enough to do damage to the art of vampyric occultism for a while. From Jessica’s youth, she has always embraced a magickal life. Despite being solitary throughout her youth, she cultivated a practice of her own that she was very comfortable with. Coming to the community during a time where her being both a vampyre and a witch simultaneously was frowned upon by so many. Thus, she began to take on the moniker of “The Vampyre Witch” to reclaim power in her identity as both. Little did she know at the time just how big the community of vampyre witches actually was, nor did she realize what her being The Vampyre Witch would blossom into some years later.

It is of Jessica’s opinion that magick has no division by classification or “color”. There is no “white” nor “black” magick. Magick & Energy are neutral. The way it is tailored is based on the biases of our individual perceptions and ethical codes. Despite this belief, the need for descriptive terms for conversational understanding is ever present. As such, you could call Jessica’s flavor of practice a very “dark grey” eclectic path. Jessica’s spiritual practice is an animistic folk magic flavor of modern vampyre witchcraft that embodies the chaos magick rhetoric of “Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted” or “Use what works“. Her practice is composed of parts from her ancestral lineages, modern schools of witchcraft, lived experiences/personal gnosis, and wisdom imparted on her from mentors through the ages. Jessica’s metaphysical practice and vampyrism are weaved together so tightly that it is almost indistinguishable. Thus, she’s embarked on a journey to define her flavour of vampyre witchcraft, The Corvus Vampyre Current & Corvus Vampyrecraft, of House Omnia Corvus.

These titles were mostly given to Jessica by others, not something she set out to collect. They are a testament to the hard work She’s put into the community over the last 8 years. Jessica’s goal is to bring the expertise she’s gained over the years to the table to help mitigate some of the risk people face when exploring alternative “dark” esoteric spaces.

Jessica’s work, energy, and passion for what she does is all driven by the energy of her bloodline.
As you can see in her titles, she is an Elder of House O’Mallie. House O’Mallie was established in 1995, one of the original “royal” Bloodlines of the Gotham Halo formed under Father Vincent and Sabretooth Omega. House O’Mallie has always been the “sheriffs” and protectors of the community since O’Mallie’s inception in 1995, and Jessica carries that energy with her in how she operates her community work now. House O’Mallie has been respected as a pillar of strength and a beacon of “fuck around and find out” energy in the VC for over 25 years. Jessica has always moved with the same energy of her bloodline.

With all of this said, be advised… Jessica’s family calls her “Venom” because she has a sharp tongue. She’s blunt, she’s honest, she’s just all around kinda gritty. With practicality, realness, and a healthy dose of foul language… she’s not everyone’s cup of tea. She is however, exactly what many people need, when they need it. She is the epitome of “You are kind, but not nice.” In a world full of fake instagram perfect coaches and gurus, she am raw and real. She says what needs to be said, not what’s wanted. This isn’t meant to scare you off. It’s just to make the point that it ain’t all sunshine and rainbows over here. We make changes here. We face problems here, not mask them. We heal and we find personal power. We grow and truly become better versions of ourselves here.

Beyond her Game of Thrones-esque list of titles, Jessica has sworn an oath serve and protect her community. She is a leader with fuck around and find out sensibilities,  yet she always tries to push everyone around her to radiate at their highest potential.
